Discover what you need to do before building a technical MVP (or if you need to build one at all)!
The minimal viable product (MVP) is one of the most misunderstood concepts in the world of lean startups, but a really crucial step when testing your business. And though discovering how to start with a big idea and be able to distill it down into an MVP that you can test and refine is difficult, we're here to guide you through steps on how to strategically do it, before getting too technical.
The goal of this workshop is to discover what you need to do before building a technical MVP (or if you need to build one at all). In this workshop you'll walk through:
- Why technical MVP's are more costly than what you might think
- How to fake your product until it's worth it to dedicate development time
- What you should do before bringing on a consulting firm or development contractor
Keep in mind, this is a hands-on workshop. We'll be evaluating what you're are doing now, what you think you need to build, and how you can do it with minimal software. Please make sure to come with what you're working on right now.
Sunny To, Co-Founder of Latero Labs, will be leading the workshop.
