Rachel Gertz is Co-founder and Digital PM Trainer at Louder Than Ten. She trains PM apprentices in digital project management so they can keep their organizations happy, healthy, and ready for the future. Rachel speaks worldwide at Digital PM events regularly and is the current director of the Vancouver Digital Project Managers group.
Mark Fromson is the managing director of Third Person, founder of LocalSolo.com and a contract Digital Project Manager and UX Architect. Mark is a startup founder, a boutique digital agency owner and a top agency freelancer with 20 years experience. He has sub-contracted with 15 digital agencies in the US and Canada on projects for Starbucks, Sony, Nike, Adobe, Microsoft, Disney, Telus, Time Warner and CBS, among hundreds of other clients. Mark is the founder of the Vancouver Digital Project Managers group.
