This is a great opportunity to produce high-end scalable software for Fortune 500 accounts. As an Internal Systems Support Specialist, you will have a lot on your plate. You're a Maverick at troubleshooting hardware, and have a knack for understanding code.
- BSc degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience with mixed Windows, Linux, Mac OS based system administration.
- Configure, deploy, maintain and support virtual environments, test environments, website hosting environments and backup environments.
- Provide network support and troubleshoot remote access.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server and Git / SVN version control, Powershell
- Able to clearly define and communicate IT industry standards, processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems an asset.
- Proficient in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must... SERIOUSLY.
