LandSure Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation which operates and administers BC's land title and survey systems. LandSure provides customer support, communications, project management, and information systems consulting services to the LTSA. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience and Communications, the Communications Manager is a generalist with strong project management and writing skills. The candidate's ability to develop and carefully communicate key corporate themes and messages is paramount.
The candidate will manage the production of the annual report and business plan, craft internal and public-facing content, and actively participate in managing crisis communications. These and other activities necessitate a strong web-centric and social media approach that reflects customer requirements and stakeholder interests. This is a hands-on, technology-intensive role that requires experience in:
- Communications planning and implementation
- Creative direction and event management
- Measurement and analysis.
We encourage you to apply if you have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, and have:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a public sector, real estate or legal environment.
Candidates must have strong writing skills, demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, an ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment, and enthusiasm for upholding the LTSA as a Canadian leader in land title registration and survey systems management.
