Vancouver, BC, May 6, 2011--(T-Net)--West Pacific Consulting Group (WPCG) announced today that it has recently completed a buyout of Lloyd Kinney, vice president of operations and co-founder of WPCG Managed Services Inc. The buyout was initiated in order to allow Kinney to pursue new ventures in the real estate development industry.
The company reported that Kinney had been a partner of WPCG for eight years and held a 50 per cent share in the company and was responsible for overseeing WPCG's internal finance and support teams, among other things.
Kinney's transition had been planned and that he will remain available in an advisory capacity to help support WPCG throughout the coming years.
“We are sad to see our friend and business partner leave the company but totally support his decision to pursue other interests,” says Feras Elkhalil, WPCG founder and president. “Lloyd was a key part of growing this organization from a simple idea into what it is today: one of the leading information technology, finance and supply chain recruitment firms in Western Canada.”
The company reported that it plans to continue growing it's sales and recruitment teams, investing in internal training and infrastructure and optimizing its internal business processes.
