Vancouver, BC, May 31, 2005--(T-Net)--SAM'S CLUB Canada and PhotoChannel Networks Inc. announced that SAM'S CLUB now offers its members the ability to order prints from their digital camera images via the new SAM'S CLUB PhotoCentre Online website (www.samsclubphotocentre.ca) for pickup at their selected SAM'S CLUB location. PhotoChannel, the existing technology and service provider for Wal-Mart Canada's online photo service located at www.walmartphotocentre.ca, will now provide and support the operation of samsclubphotocentre.ca.

Using PhotoChannel's advanced digital content distribution platform, SAM'S CLUB members can send digital image orders via the Internet from their computer to their closest SAM'S CLUB location and pick up their prints a short while later. The SAM'S CLUB PhotoCentre Online site is designed for ease of use, with simple step-by-step instructions. Most tasks are completed with three easy clicks.

SAM'S CLUB PhotoCentre Online offers photographic prints from digital camera images ranging in size from 4x6 to 12x18 in either glossy or matte finish with optional borders. SAM'S CLUB offers a great variety of photo products, including large format prints, photo calendars, gift cards and gift items from mugs, to photo "Italian Charms", to elegant photo blankets (extending in size from throw blankets to king size bedspreads).

"Our digital printing service continues to grow as members take advantage of the quality of prints from our club locations," said Tony Hugens, Business Development, SAM'S CLUB PhotoCentre Online. "Now, with the opportunity to order digital prints online and then pick them up at their local SAM'S CLUB, our customers can add 'ease and convenience' to the list of reasons they choose our photo services."

"SAM'S CLUB's leading edge technical ability and astounding product portfolio will make them an instant force in the online digital printing market," said Peter Fitzgerald, Chairman and CEO of PhotoChannel. "The relationship between our two companies will expand on the same winning formula PhotoChannel and Wal-Mart have developed in this market over the last two years as Wal-Mart has become a leader in terms of printing digital images. Together we will ensure our best in class wireless carrier relationships and marketing services will allow SAM'S CLUB members easy access to transform their digital images into prints and gifting items. We are extremely proud to have been chosen as the SAM'S CLUB partner for this service."
