In Case You Missed It: Vivonet Acquires Syrus Restaurant Information Services

Vancouver, BC, January 7, 2016--(T-Net)--Vivonet Acquisitions Ltd., a leading provider of SaaS based point of sale solutions based in Vancouver, BC announced late last year that it completed the acquisition of Syrus Restaurant Information Services, a SaaS provider of back office solutions based in Columbus, OH.
Under the terms of the agreement, Vivonet acquired Syrus in an all cash transaction. This transaction accelerates Vivonet's strategy of providing best-in-class solutions to the hospitality industry, according to the company.
Syrus is a leading provider of back office and above store reporting systems to the restaurant industry in North America. Their solutions are used by more than 2,500 restaurants consisting of local, regional, and national chains.
