Tagga Appoints Veteran Entrepreneur To Its Board of Directors

Vancouver, BC, April 20, 2012--(T-Net)--Tagga announced the appointment of veteran entrepreneur, Olivier Vincent to its Board of Directors. Mr. Vincent brings a wealth of operational, sales and entrepreneurial expertise to his role.
Most notably, Olivier founded Canpages, a Canadian local search and directory company that led the market in digitizing marketing solutions for small to medium sized businesses. In 2009, Canpages was acquired by Yellow Pages for $225 million, marking one of Vancouver's largest acquisitions in recent years.
“I am thrilled to join Tagga's Board,” said Mr. Vincent. He added, “I have been a big believer of Tagga's vision and now I want to contribute towards its growth. I believe in the company's strategy and path forward and with the rapid ascent of mobile marketing, I see a bright future ahead.”
In addition to joining Tagga's Board, Mr. Vincent is also a Vice Chairman at DigiBC, the Digital Media and Wireless association of BC, a mentor for a local incubator, GrowLab and is focused on the foundation of his new technology venture.
