Invitation to attend the upcoming CICP Innovation Forums
About the CICP and the Innovation Forums
The Canadian Innovation Commercialization Program (CICP) aims to promote innovation and support the development of small and medium enterprises (SME) in Canada. This pilot program was launched in the fall of 2010, and will conclude in early 2013. The goal of CICP is to help bridge the pre-commercialization gap by purchasing innovations (through a Call for Proposals) with the Innovation Fund. The Program targets innovations in four priority areas: environment, health, safety & security, and enabling technologies.
There are 19 pre-qualified innovation proposals from the first round of the program. To see the complete priority list of successful companies and innovations, click here.
