You will act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of our customers and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. In addition to improving the quality of the products and services being delivered by the development team, this person also assists in integration and acceptance testing, supports the development of training and implementation material, participates in the implementation, and provides post-implementation support. The Business Analyst is also involved in the development of project plans and provides project management skills when necessary. Job Responsibilities: Identify, analyze and document business processes and needs Present to stakeholders and developers requirements and recommendations verbally and/or in writing the enable stakeholder to make business and design decisions.
