Training Specialist

Role Overview


As a part of the Client Education Department, you will be involved with all aspects of client and staff training with the design and delivery of various training approaches including online modules, multi-stage client education and conferences in support of the Vision Critical custom online research software. This is the opportunity to enhance the entire training platform. Add that to your resume! Do you have a passion for helping others learn? Responsibilities

  • Provide interactive online and in-person training sessions
  • Learn all aspects of our product offering to ensure ongoing improvement of your product knowledge, training and delivery skills, and technical knowledge
  • Assist in designing and updating training curriculum for various delivery methods including oral and written content, and online components
  • Work with subject matter experts to craft comprehensive training programs
  • Manage client training schedules to ensure effective delivery of programs
  • Help develop and execute the internal training initiative
  • Help measure and produce reporting on client and internal effectiveness with training programs
  • Implement creative and effective solutions for our clients and stakeholders


Requirements

  • Minimum one to two years related training experience in a high-tech or software environment
  • Experience writing educational materials including online and in-person
  • University degree plus courses in instructional design, curriculum development and adult learning
  • Superior client service skills
  • Must have familiarity with providing training over the internet virtually
  • Must be able to occasionally travel as training requirements dictate
  • Must have flexibility to accommodate international clients and staff members in providing sessions during non-core work hours
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • A background in Market Research is an asset
  • You thrive in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced environment
