If you are not receiving T-Net Direct every Monday morning (or Tuesday mornings after long weekends), it is possible that our emails to you are being filtered into your bulk or junk folders. Many ISPs have implemented spam protection systems to keep your email box from filling up with junk. Unfortunately these tight spam filters can also block legitimate email such as T-Net Direct. This is especially true of corporate email accounts, which are heavily filtered. We are working with many ISPs to rectify this, but in the meantime there are a couple of ways for you to ensure you receive your weekly edition of T-Net Direct.
To make sure you receive T-Net Direct in your inbox, and not your bulk or junk folders, please add email@example.com to your email address book.
i) ISP/Corporate IT Department. You may not be receiving T-Net Direct in you inbox as your ISP/Corporate IT department may be blocking them as part of their Anti-Spam filtering. Advise your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Corporate IT department to add firstname.lastname@example.org and the domain bctechnology.com to it's allowed sender list.
ii) Web-based email services. With web-based email services (such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail), you can create a filter which singles out our domain, bctechnology.com, and redirects email from us into your Inbox.
Below are whitelisting instructions for some popular email programs.
