Interfor employs more than 3,300 people and has manufacturing operations in British Columbia (BC), Washington, Oregon, Georgia, South Carolina and Arkansas. In BC, this includes two sawmills on the Coast (Acorn and Hammond) and three sawmills in the Interior (Adams Lake, Castlegar and Grand Forks). In the US, the company operates three sawmills and a remanufacturing plant in Washington State (Longview, Port Angeles and Tacoma; and Cedarprime); two sawmills in Oregon (Molalla and Gilchrist); seven sawmills in Georgia (Baxley, Eatonton, Meldrim, Perry, Preston, Swainsboro and Thomaston); one sawmill in South Carolina (Georgetown); and one sawmill in Arkansas (Monticello).
