PENFAX is JEA's full pension administration system from which our other products and services have evolved. Supporting PENFAX, JEA offers a Data Capture Tool (DCT) for employer reporting and PENWEB for employee self-service. In addition, JEA provides a Calculation Services and Rules tool (CSAR) for integration with other pension applications and we are currently developing a new full service member portal for a non-traditional pension savings program (S3). We also provide pension implementation consulting services.
