About us:After working for a decade in technology as both an internal and agency recruiter, sigma's founder, David Rogers noticed most agencies he worked with (and for) were good at filling quick, turn-around contract roles to large clients, but didn't spend the quality time or effort on filling hard-to-fill permanent positions. In 2008, sigma search group was born. A local and boutique style company focused purely on IT recruitment specializing in working with small to medium sized companies on hard-to-fill positions.

Who we are:We are un-corporate and non-big box. We are boutique, local and passionate about recruitment. We changed everything we disliked about traditional IT search firms and created a different type of agency. You will rarely see us in a suit and tie. If our clients and candidates don't dress like that - why would we? But don't let appearances fool you - we are professional, in our own fun and casual way.
