Our story
Symmetrics was founded in 1996 by members of the family business that created Crystal Reports, soon to become the most popular enterprise reporting application in the world. Initially a professional services firm specializing in business intelligence and data warehousing, Symmetrics quickly focused on an under-served industry — contact centers. Instrumental in helping Nortel add reporting services to its call center line of products, Symmetrics then focused its development efforts on its flagship nVISION Contact Center Reporting & Analysis Suite, a complete business intelligence and data warehouse solution for call center data analysis and reporting.
Today, Symmetrics products integrate with strategic partners like Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, NICE IEX, Aspect, Oracle, Verint and other contact center leaders. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
