Speaker: Dhruv Sood
Co-founder, Fresh Prep
With a lifelong interest in building things and solving problems, entrepreneurship wasn't what Dhruv Sood set out to do, but it naturally became the right path for him. Today Dhruv finds himself leading the Vancouver-based meal kit service with co-founder Husein Rahemtulla. A recipient of BC Business' 2018 30 Under 30 awards, Dhruv graduated from the University of British Columbia focusing his studies on Finance and Logistics.
Prior to starting Fresh Prep, Dhruv gained an array of experience working odd jobs through school, and as an equity research associate after school. Each role brought new perspectives and innovative ideas that fed into Fresh Prep's business as it grew. He loves continuing to build Fresh Prep and with little time left he plays sports and continues to make up diets for himself that don't make it past one day.
