About Kimberly Kaplan:
As one of the earliest employees at PlentyOfFish(POF), Kim Kaplan possesses immense insight into the life cycle of a startup and what it takes to grow and emerge as a leader. Kim was initially the sole person responsible for product and revenue growth as well as scaling POF's team to its current size, and has since led POF's Product, Marketing and Revenue initiatives focused on optimizing their core KPIs to drive growth across their Apps and Web projects. She has launched product initiatives that grew DAU from 1 million to over 4 million and revenue from $10 million to over $100 million. Kim was also an instrumental part of the executive team that grew the company culminating in the successful Match Group acquisition for $575 million in 2015.
In addition, Kim also acts as an investor and advisor to various companies including AvenueHQ, Digital MGA, Responsive Capital Management, SpaceList, Spocket and Flytographer.

Caroline has engaged with emerging technologies for over 20 years, as a coder, funder, community builder and entrepreneur. She started WIP, the first Developer Relations agency in 2006 with clients including AT&T, Facebook, GSMA, Immersion, Intel, Orange, Microsoft, NBCUniversal, Nokia, PayPal, Qualcomm, Samsung, Sony, Telefonica, Zebra and many others.
She founded WINBC and Wavefront and advised companies while at NRC- IRAP. She started in telecommunications at Anderson (Accenture) and worked for a Hong Kong consultancy marketing an industrial park in China. Fierce Wireless named Caroline a Top Ten Women in Wireless for 2009. She is a Member of the ICT Advisory Board (DFATD), Judge for GSMA GLOMO Awards and BCTECH's TIAS, and speaker and facilitator at many events around the world.
