Overview This event will have a focus on getting the architecture for cloud right. Avoid security mistakes, avoid running into bottlenecks and dramatic re-architecture later. This event is great for those who want to network, catch up on Public Cloud news for AWS, Azure and GCP, and learn something new or validate your current cloud architecture.
Agenda Tuesday June 4th will see: -Recap on the latest Cloud Announcements --Google NEXT conference --Microsoft Build conference -Quick walk through of Jerry's drawings (Matt Carolan) -Private S3 buckets for your users (Boris Reitman) -Lightning talks. (let us know if you want the floor for 3mins)
We'll also make time during the night for you to network with other community members with drinks and food provided.
Main Talk details: Private S3 buckets for your users by Boris Reitman Your users can upload and download to and from S3, directly from the web browser. But that does not mean that your buckets must configured as public access. Reduce the load on your servers without compromising security and privacy. Let them upload and download gigabytes of data, bypassing your server.
ALSO we will be giving out free copies of a book we have put together of Jerry Hargrove's awesome drawings @awsgeek
Every month we get together to discuss Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is an open community event. If you have an AWS event yourself please feel free to post it here too. We want to make sure the community knows about everything that is happening locally around AWS.
