Having spent a bunch of time developing interview programs and most recently being in interviews as an applicant, Steve Mynett will talk about some of the practices he's worked with, and then how being an applicant changed some of these perspectives.
Since his first role in tech 15 years ago, Steve has been passionate about finding better ways for people to collaborate and teams to achieve success. Recently as an Engineering Manager, now at Dapper Labs, focused on building interview programs to hire great people into roles where they will thrive.
Come join Steve to learn more about his experience on creating an awesome interview experience on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
