Hi Everyone,
We are delighted to invite you to a special breakfast event, organized by Canadian Friends of Hebrew University and VIT, with Maxine Fassberg, Executive in Residence at Intel Corporation.
Maxine is one of Israel's most recognized executives. She spent 33 years in key positions at Intel, rising to become CEO of Intel Israel, a position she held for 10 years. She retired in December 2016 and was called back by Intel's International Chair to oversee Intel's $15.3B acquisition of Mobileye, the largest exit in the history of Israel's hi-tech sector.
Maxine will speak about Israel as "the start-up nation" and why Israel is a world leader in technology. She will also share her insights on Intel's success story and the purchase of Mobileye from Hebrew University Professor Amnon Shashua, as well as her current role in ensuring the success of this merger.
A kosher style light breakfast will be served before the presentation, and casual networking will take place before and after the presentation. There is no charge for this event.
