Have you ever wonder what is a engineering culture? Why is it important? How can we build a better culture?
Noel Pullen is going to talk about "What is engineering culture, how to build one that helps solve real problems for customers." Noel is currently the Chief Experience Officer at Commit and here's a little bio about him:
"I help technology startups scale. I do this by building unforgettable cultures, supporting a data-driven way of working, and fixing things that are broken.
I love finding a small change that can make a big impact. My favourite targets are strategies, policies, procedures, systems or structures that drive people nuts or make them roll their eyes. Then I rally people to work together to run experiments to make things better and make people smile.
I helped scale Hootsuite's technical teams through hypergrowth; helped to kickstart growth at SEDNA Systems Inc, where revenue and customer base tripled over two-and-a-half years; and I'm now at Commit doing what's best for engineers and helping our people and our company grow."
