Imposter Syndrome causes us to doubt our skills and abilities. It breaks down our confidence and destroys our ability to be resilient.
Resilience can be defined as the ability to spring back after being bent, stretched or compressed, and for people it is often described as the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. This is already challenging to do, but it's made all the more difficult if you shy away from challenges because of self-doubt, or if you're convinced you're not as bright and capable as you should be.
In this workshop, Aashni Shah will show you how hyping yourself and tracking your achievements can help grow confidence and beat imposter syndrome. These techniques will help you grow your resilience, and thrive in the future!
