This talk covers four key steps you can use during delegation and what's critical to get each step right. You can also use the four steps to troubleshoot issues in delegation by matching classes of issues to missed steps, then using the missed step as a roadmap to resolve the issue. You'll come out of this talk with a fast, lightweight framework to drive alignment and reduce miscommunication in your team.

Tony wears many hats and loves learning new things. Starting off as a mechanical engineering graduate, Tony worked for 3 years in medical device product development, but fell in love with how fast and powerful development can be in software. After a few stints doing software QA development for web applications, Tony joined onto MistyWest, where he has worked as mechanical designer, tech lead, and now business developer.
