You've might hear it many times during our meetings: "The best code is no code". This April we would like you to introduce an absolutely new way of developing software.
Talk Synopsis
So we have to write an API. What if we truly bought into services such as AWS Gateway and all of its features? How far could we get before we had to write a line of code? Would it be performant, cost-effective, scalable, and maintainable? Will it provide any flexibility and allow any business logic beyond surfacing data to consumers?
Servicefull (NoCode) development describes a pattern where service configuration is used to implement solutions instead of application code in order to reduce complexity and speed of delivery time. Our speaker Tallis is going to try to answer some of the posed questions as he explores some implementations and learning he and his team have gone through as they've strived to reduce complexity.
