Hi Everyone, We all continue to follow with great concern the events unfolding in Israel and pray for the safe return of all the hostages. We also find ourselves addressing an escalating anti-Israel sentiment within our community and beyond. During such critical moments, it is ever more imperative to foster unity through community events that showcase a positive image of Israel. With this objective in mind, we extend a special invitation to join us at the upcoming Technion-VIT event with Technion Vice President, Professor Wayne Kaplan, who is coming to North America for a visit. Professor Kaplan will speak about how the Technion is contributing to Israel's security (with developing the Iron Dome system, cybersecurity and more).
Date: Monday December 11, 7:30-9:00 PM Venue: King David High School, 5718 Willow St, Vancouver
The presentations will be in English. Admission is free, refreshments will be served.
Space is limited. Please RSVP ASAP to save a spot.
See you at the event! Elysa Greisman, Technion Canada, Ronen and Eran, VIT Organizers
