Is your workplace future ready?
With the theme of being future ready, the BridgingTheGap Executive Forum, organized by Lovell Corporation, is an industry training and networking event best suited for business owners, HR and management professionals, innovation firms and local investors. Programming focuses on helping attendees bridge opportunity gaps in the workplace to reduce inequalities, adapt to digital transformation, and recruit and retain the next generation of talent.
The forum is part of a cross-country tour for a national research and development project to create BridgingTheGap's Future-Ready Employer Index-a tool to analyze workplace gaps and opportunities for Canadian businesses to adapt and thrive in the future of work. Participants will be invited to complete a workplace assessment about their current workplace culture and challenges, and this feedback will help to inform the index.
