- Formulate a strong brand promise (and ideally also two supporting ones) that really matters to your core customer
- Craft a Brand Promise Guarantee that your customers value, and that operates as a Catalytic Mechanism for your organization
- Choose a proper set of Brand Promise KPIs ("Kept Promise Indicators")
