What are the essential ingredients to getting ahead in the workplace? Hard work, communication skills, and a generous dose of luck all play a role, of course. Another important key ingredient-the one that is often overlooked-is the ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities to negotiate for your future career success.
In this event, we will equip participants with essential negotiation skills shared by a panel of successful women from AWS Canada, who have negotiated their career advancement to where they are today.
Following the panel discussion, the participants will also have a chance to use some of the "tools" the panelists discussed and apply them to their personal experiences in a 20-minute workshop.
