CULMINATE 2020 VIATEC's premiere leadership retreat, Culminate, is focused on building connections, collaboration and confidence among Victoria's tech executives and emerging leaders. We brought Culminate to Victoria in 2018, and now we're taking it across the waters to Pender Island for a high impact, 1.5-day immersive leadership event!
Why:
Victoria's tech industry has scaled to $4.06 billion in revenues and recently showed the biggest year-over-year gains to top the list as Canada's #1 small city for tech. Our leaders are skilled at growing ideas, ventures and results. In fact, they are often so focused on success that their own style and strengths as a leader are developed through their experiences, including failure and triumph. Imagine what we could achieve as a community by intentionally honing in on these skills.
If our $4.06 billion tech sector and its 16,775 employees were one entity, they would be a Fortune 500 company (or at least close). The majority of companies that size have programs designed to nurture their highest potential leaders with professional and personal development and training.
The 2020 Culminate Leadership Retreat is the launch of VIATEC's community-wide leadership training initiative. From handling difficult conversations with team members, to honing your mindset to achieve the growth goals of your company, Culminate offers support to emerging and executive leaders alike.
