We are currently looking for nothing less than an experienced rock star to be our next Sales Ops Manager as a key member of the Revenue Operations team. Alida uses Salesforce to enable marketing, lead generation, customer success and selling operations.
This role will be responsible for helping operate Salesforce ecosystem, implement best practices, integrate with other key platforms in our stack, identifying development initiatives and standardizing the adoption of Salesforce:
About You - Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, PreSales, and Customer Success teams to understand new sales and renewal business needs
- Refine existing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Managing user access, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
- Work with various business units to clarify requests, validate requirements, define and document business processes
- Ensure accurate processing of orders in our CRM (Salesforce) and accounting & billing systems (NetSuite) ensuring that all deals have complete and accurate information and are ready to be invoiced by Finance in a timely manner
- Review a variety of sales order forms and agreements with varying levels of complexity for accuracy, while ensuring all required approvals, such as discounts and contract terms are flagged for appropriate approvals
- Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, and Finance regarding pricing models and bundles
- Administer and optimize existing Sales Applications/Tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Support & training for end-users across various applications/tools & processes
- Diagnose and solve technical issues as they arise
- Perform advanced administration and configuration of Salesforce CPQ as it relates to Territory, Account, Contact, Opportunity and Lead Management.
- Configuring Salesforce functionalities to enhance the performance of business processes including, but not limited to, Object Design, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, approval processes, and Chatter groups
About you: - 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- 5+ years experience with owning Salesforce, CPQ and/or other Revenue Operation applications
- Demonstrated strong performance collaborating with Sales and Marketing to effectively utilize Salesforce
- Analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
- Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies is necessary for cultural fit
