Customer Care Support Specialist
Ballard's Commercial team has an opening for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer care Support Specialist. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care, this role will primarily focus on Customer Care activities, including: - To provide customer service support to existing and new customers.
- To follow up and maintain good customer communication with assigned clients
- To maintain customer details and files in our system
- The management of the customer master schedule tracking key deliveries and customer care activities
- Interaction and coordination between internal departments

Responsibilities: - Own and optimize a master schedule to ensure Customer care requirements are fulfilled
- Work in close alignment with Product Line Management, Sales, and operation teams to ensure customer requirements are maintained
- Assess geography alignment and provide suggestions to improve
- Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to support the Commercial team
- Provide report and feedback to Customer Care and support teams
Requirements: - 3 - 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of inside sales experience and/or proposal management experience, within a technical sales and service environment
- Post-secondary degree: Business or Engineering degree, or related technical experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Project management experience
- Strong leadership skills: able to establish and communicate a plan, help drive the Customer care processes, and coordinate with diverse teams, both in person and remotely
- Well organized, process driven, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and ability to prioritize, execute and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com and service cloud) systems is an asset
