Cellula is looking to add a Quality Assurance Technician to its Quality team to support its growing list of engineering-to-order projects.

As the QA Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring company and customer quality standards are being met in a projectized, matrix team environment.

Position Overview
- Monitor product assembly & testing to ensure conformance to requirements, both internal and external
- Ensure products meet customer expectations based on customer standards, as well as company ones
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
Duties and Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing
- Manage receiving inspection on incoming orders for compliance with quality standards and engineering drawings
- Report quality anomalies to Quality team
- Maintain calibration of quality control (QC) equipment
Maintenance of Records
- Develop and maintain inspection reports for quality control of products, throughout course of the project
- Support Engineering in the creation of test plans for quality control of products
- Prepare and maintain test data for review
Maintenance of Compliance
- Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions
- Actively promote quality achievement and performance throughout the project organization
- Help to achieve quality compliance objectives and industry standards, and ensure testing targets are achieved
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Software Skill Requirements
- Previous experience in providing Quality Control support in a mechanical and/or electronics production environment: 1-5years
- Hands on experience with manual metrology tools: 1-5 years
- Previous experience in a projectized work environment: 1-5years
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
