Position Description
As the Senior React UI Developer, the ideal candidate is a creative thinker, who thrives on innovation and thinks outside the box. You will have a proven ability to work with Scrum Masters, QA specialists, Business Analysts, Developers, and clients to help deliver high-quality applications that solve complex business problems. Understanding how to approach complex issues is critical to delivering a solution on time and under budget. The ability to provide real-time information and to be able to tie different technologies into a seamless solution is imperative.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review/interpret and implement requirements.
- Work with internal team to propose real problem-solving solutions.
- Estimate development work.
- Develop high quality applications and deliver.
Goals:
- Build feature rich user experiences for the Damon Cloud platform.
- Ensure rider safety.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a developer in React ecosystem, specifically on React Web and Typescript.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience using Typescript.
- Experience using React.js to do single-page application development.
- Experience styling web applications with CSS and toolkits (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Experience deploying software to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Must be curious in the face of ambiguity and able to develop prototypes and experiments enroute to or in search of a final solution.
- Track record of learning new technologies quickly.
- Ability to listen well, gather solution requirements and translate those requirements into effective designs.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and deliver working solutions on time.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in setting up webhook frameworks for event-driven communications.
- Must have a "can-do" attitude and a strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
- Travel may be required.
Nice to Have (preferred):
- BA/BS degree (preferred).
- Docker and Kubernetes will be considered a huge asset.
- REST, C# or other server technology and concepts.
- Cloud Development (AWS, Azure, or comparable).
- DevOps or time spent dealing with triage and management of production systems.
