The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) role will be responsible for supporting our Global Community Activation Team, Global Events team and Global Brand Corporate Communication team.
What You'll Do:
Business Partnering
o Build relationships with partners and actively collaborate to work toward a goal
o Provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as maximizing profitability or resource allocation
o Monthly - prepare, hold, and present business reviews for leaders focused on the story (not just data) with clear insights and actionable presentation material
o Drive results by partnering on business-related projects such as modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics
Financial Close, Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis
o Own the financial forecast and provide insightful analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk / improve performance for Community, Events and Corporate Communications
o Responsible for purchase order approvals, budgeted spend tracking, monthly close activities, and headcount management. Set control processes in place to manage spending and headcount within plan.
o Partner with the Accounting group to manage Close deliverables, timelines, process and reporting
o Design and implement reporting tools
o Ensure compliance with EA's policies and procedures.
o Monthly consolidation reporting of Community, Events & Corp Communications, including R&Os
o Ad hoc projects as necessary
Drive FP&A Excellence
o Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
o Challenge status quo and provide alternative solutions

Skills & Capabilities BS degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred3-5 years of experience in a divisional or corporate finance role (FP&A or accounting)Strong experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysisDemonstrated proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledgeExcellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise requiredAttention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output.Analytical and critical thinking/creative problem-solving skillsStrong initiative and desire to drive change and enhance processes. Ability to proactively identify business risks and opportunitiesEffective when working independently and as a team player who can work collaboratively within a group and across divisions/functionsStrong oral communication and interpersonal skills (cross-functional team environments).
