Position Summary
The Senior Specialist, Resource Management is a subject matter expert in designing, developing, and deploying solutions for Resource Management products and systems. They have expert knowledge and experience with Resource Management products/tools, in particular with OnePlan. The position works closely with other Resource Management system (OnePlan) SMEs. The Senior Specialist, Resource Management will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions. This role incorporates technical and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Creates the FNHA Resource Management tool adoption strategy and plan.
- Designs and/or enhances, builds, and implements a sustainable resource management platform.
- Designs and configures the OnePlan end product for implementation to ensure an enterprise scalable solution with high availability and high performance, and to ensure ease of use across the organization.
- Captures Resource Management system business requirements and translates them into technical specifications.
- Defines the Resource Management framework, standards, and principles, including data modeling, metadata, and security.
- Designs, builds, documents, and implements PowerBI reports and dashboards from resource management generated data for organizational, departmental, program, and team views for user consumption.
- Works with IMIT and FNHA leaders to leverage OnePlan to create organizational, departmental, program, and team workplans.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields.
Occupational Certification
- Resource Management Certified Professional, Preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of related experience in Resource Management, and Resource Management analytics related fields.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building solutions based on resource management systems.
- Expertise in designing, creating, and deploying enterprise-scale resource management applications.
- Experience in working with OnePlan.
- Experience working with PowerBI to build reports and dashboards.

- Good technical knowledge of designing and configuring and/or developing Resource Management applications.
