The First Nations Health Authority is a diverse and transformational health organization of professional, innovative, and dedicated team members and leaders.
The first of its kind in Canada, FNHA works as a health-and-wellness partner with BC First Nations to support self-determination and decision-making to improve health outcomes.
In IMIT they are adopting some cloud technology and are working on premises data and cloud data. Data integration between premises and cloud will provide lots of opportunities to students who are interested in data warehouse and business intelligence fields. Providing them with the opportunity to learn from experienced individuals in this field as well as other IMIT teams.
Title: Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse
Contract: Co-op Student, 4-month Term
Hours: 37.5
Location: Alberni Office, Hybrid with Minimum of two days a week in the office
About the role
As a Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Student, you will - Learn, Develop, and implement on the design, layouts, and reports for Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Due to the new adoption of cloud technology, having a student come and gain the knowledge of the data, IMIT department is excited to welcome new talent and interest to embark on leveraging experience with talented individuals in the team.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be -
- Enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year of post-Secondary in computer science or related field
- If you have work experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, it will be considered an asset
