We are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented individual to join our growing HR team. Our fast-paced SaaS company is experiencing continuous growth, and the Recruitment Coordinator will support the daily operations of our recruitment efforts.
As a champion of creating positive candidate experiences, you will represent Global Relay's brand & culture, while providing seamless logistical support throughout the recruitment process. You will be a key member of a close-knit and dedicated team, responsible for building the organization, by recruiting top talent. You are a team player and are excited to learn and contribute.
Your Job:
- Own the interview request queue to ensure all candidates move through the process smoothly without delay
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date by maintaining job postings and applications while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to recruitment procedures and processes related inquires while maintaining compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure the established Global Relay recruitment process is communicated effectively and adopted consistently
- Represent Global Relay in a professional manner when communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with and attend recruitment related events such as company open houses, industry networking events, information sessions, and career fairs
- Assist with Global Relay's co-op/intern recruitment
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct candidate phone screens and reference checks
- Assist with maintaining the internal employee referral program and other initiatives
- Prepare new hire packages and documentation as well coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, time-off approvals, and assist with other HR projects as they arise
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as required
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources; prior work experience in the high tech software industry preferred
- Completion of a post-secondary program in HR or related field
- Knowledge of HR standards, best practices, and employment regulations
- Working experience with an Applicant Tracking System - preferably Greenhouse - and advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite in particular Outlook and Excel
- Proven ability to build trust with all levels of employees within the organization
- Proven record of responsibility and judgment including exercise of discretion and confidentiality
- Keen attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and time management skills, with keen initiative to learn
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure with changing priorities
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and with a team
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to take initiative
