About Us:
Global Relay Message is Global Relay's purpose-built instant messaging and text communication platform for regulated industries. The Unified Communications Business Development position is a collaborative customer facing role that provides an opportunity to work with Global Relay teams, prospects, and customers to accelerate the deployment and adoption of Global Relay Message.
As the subject matter expert for Global Relay Message, responsibilities include promoting the service in Global Relay's existing customer base, prospecting leads, developing strategies to increase adoption, overseeing implementation, and providing exceptional customer support. You will understand your customers' business objectives and gather customer feedback while working with internal teams to help align the product roadmap.

Your Job:
- Customer outreach, providing contact with existing client base to ensure service satisfaction, increase adoption, and promote up-to-date knowledge of Global Relay Message features
- Educate customers on the value proposition of Global Relay Message throughout the entire sales and adoption cycle
- Meet and exceed company targets for adoption and usage
- Communicate the features, benefits, and value of Global Relay Message
- Provide world class service in handling and resolving customer enquiries
- Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across the product
- Process customers' requests for changes in service and add-on service purchases
- Set customer expectations, communicate internally to ensure tasks are on schedule, and offer suggestions to increase onboarding efficiency
About You:
- 2 - 5 years of previous experience in a SaaS sales environment
- Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with the key decision-makers and C-Suite (CIO/CTO/CCO/CFO) executives within the prospective organizations
- Aptitude to learn and speak to technology-related subject matter
- Proven ability to listen, record key points in a conversation, seek solutions, and respond with clarity
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Natural drive for growth and innovation
- Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy, and sincerity in telephone interactions
