Your Role:
Global Relay delivers enterprise services to 23,000 customers in 90 countries, including 22 of the top 25 global banks. Our infrastructure teams provide fantastic opportunities to Administrators who are passionate about maintaining reliable systems with a strong interest in automation, performance and security.
- Be the subject matter expert for all things Atlassian. In particular Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Support internal customers by understanding their needs and managing the configuration of their projects and spaces
- Development of reports and queries within Atlassian tools to support business requirements
- Training, both formal and informal on the use of Atlassian tools to employees
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the management and configuration of Atlassian Software
- Experience in developing workflows and setting up service desks
- Experience with JQL and reporting in Atlassian products
- Experience with working with internal customers to understand their requirements and customizing Atlassian tools to meet them
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Self motivator while working on team based projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to keep the "bigger picture" in mind while prioritizing conflicting demands and tasks
- Confident enough to voice your opinion, ask questions and not afraid to suggest a better solution, without being abrasive
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the system administration of Atlassian products
- Experience with the APIs and automation of Atlassian tool configuration
- Any advanced reporting skills
