Central Media Technology Institute is seeking exceptionally talented graduate students and advanced undergraduates to assist in the creation, implementation and transfer of new technology related to graphics and media generation techniques. The position requires a deep understanding of mathematical algorithms, an ability to collaborate in small to medium sized groups consisting of world-class computer graphics and computer vision researchers, and skills in rapidly implementing and testing new algorithms.

Job Description

• In collaboration with research and system design, you will be responsible for researching, implementing and optimizing techniques related to graphics and media generation.
• You will be responsible to work closely with research scientists to publish research papers in top-tier venues and/or develop prototypes related to AR/VR, media generation, neural rendering, modeling and so on.

Qualifications

• Current standing as a graduate student or upper division undergraduate.
• Project experience with a commercial or homemade 3D engine (Unreal, Unity, etc.).
• Strong math and computer graphics experience.
• Familiar with deep learning frameworks like Pytorch/Tensorflow.
• Strong software engineering skills with expertise in C/C++ and Python.
• Academic publications on first-tier conferences/journals such as SIGGGRAPH/SIGGRAPH ASIA/EG/TVCG/CVPR/ICCV/AAAI/NeurIPS are a plus
