Job Description

Are you a highly technical functional analyst with a background in Microsoft Dynamics? We are looking for a strong team player with skills to configure, manage and support our Dynamics 365 Environment to join our team. You will work closely with the IT Team and business stakeholders to help implement and grow Dynamics 365 solutions. Reporting to the IT Director, you will help us expand our internal Dynamics 365 capabilities, while also getting an opportunity to work with Quartech Clients to improve their Business Applications.

As a member of the IT Team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Create dashboards, workflow customizations, custom fields, etc.. for business stakeholders
• Create end-user guidance, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
• Provide escalated support and mentoring for technical specialists
• Collaboratively plan and deliver application solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365
• Understand and implement data mapping and data flow within Dynamics 365
• Work with the IT Team to implement business requirements
• Create a training plan to keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 industry standards

To be successful in this role, you must bring the following minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on sales and/or PSA/Project Operations
• Understanding of entities, orders, and forms in Dynamics
• Experience working with the Microsoft DataVerse
• Solid understanding of relational databases, entity-relationship diagrams, data normalization, data analytics, data migrations, business intelligence
• Must demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Post-secondary education in information systems, business analysis training from IIBA, or a combination of experience and education

Having any one of the following skills, or a combination of these skills will set you apart from the rest:

• Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience working integrating CRM into ERP
• Proven experience with business applications within a Microsoft cloud environment, including Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience working within the agile Scrum methodology
• Strong planning, documentation, and organization skills
• Thorough understanding of business analysis, business process improvement, fit gap analysis
• Proven ability to elicit business, system and functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
