Purpose of Position:

To scope, design, build, test, maintain and implement high-end web-based financial applications. This role involves design, the development and maintenance of existing systems and new projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years J2EE development experience in enterprise-grade distributed software systems
• Leadership experience with Full-Stack Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Experience with clustered architectures, distributed caching and transactions.
• Experience with the microservice architecture
• Experience with REST and RESTful API Development
• Experience with TDD using JUnit
• Experience with Oracle and Non-SQL databases
• Track record of building and delivering a mission-critical, 24x7 production software system
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Acumen to recommend alternative technical and business approaches
• Ability to lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
