Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will partner with the company's leaders to enable growth by assessing needs and developing talent acquisition and management solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Develop and implement robust and effective strategies to attract suitable talent in support of the organization's strategic imperatives. The candidate will oversee day-to-day talent acquisition activities including direct management of recruiters to ensure that end-to-end recruiting services are executed, building a strong employer brand and a robust talent pipeline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organization's visibility/reputation in key recruiting markets;
- Analyze recruitment trends to stimulate future recruitment activity and improve candidate pool;
- Oversee and improve overall candidate and hiring manager experience;
- In partnership with other teams, develop and execute talent acquisition programs and processes that support the company's diversity and inclusion strategies. Actively promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates;
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR Business Partners on Workforce Planning to deliver against business hiring needs and ensures the company stays abreast of current hiring trends, best practices and employment related data;
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their team's talent requirements;
- Partner with leaders to identify talent forecasting, trends, and placement strategies;
- Conceptualize and execute recruitment and outreach events to establish a strong employer brand;
- Build a pipeline and develop a culture that increases candidate flow and hiring manager involvement in the recruiting process;
- Partner with senior management and other departments to develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies;
- Improve sources, processes, and KPIs related to talent acquisition;
- Exhibit innovative sourcing strategies, tactics and processes that provide competitive advantages to Raymond James Limited's ability to source talent;
- Collaboratively work with partners to ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires;
- Effectively leverages internal Talent and Succession management management practices (i.e. performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, etc.) in support of talent acquisition needs;
- Contribute to the development and execution of overall business strategy by helping HR business partners and business leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent and succession capabilities;
- Lead workforce planning and oversee the development of KPIs and metrics to analyze and assess the impact and effectiveness of talent and succession programs;
- Works collaboratively with L&D partners to identify, develop and build talent acquisition capability within hiring manager population; AND
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with current technology;
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software;
- Established network of recruiters, agencies and sourcing providers;
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation;
- Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software;
- Good knowledge of labour legislation;
- Sound knowledge of all compensation/benefits packages;
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills;
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment; AND
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements Education/Previous Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role;
- 8 - 10 years of management experience; AND
- Ability to communicate proficiently in French would be considered a valuable asset.
