Overview:
One of TEEMA's clients require Intermediate Business Analysts to provide business analysis, change management, project management and strategic planning expertise. They are looking for someone with strong experience directly working with clients
Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning
- Facilitating requirements sessions
- Mapping out current state and future state processes
- Identifying changes that require change management support and delivery
- Leading a project or stream of a project that requires project management experience
- Engaging with clients to facilitate and develop strategic plans.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years progressive combination of experience in project management including project scoping, documentation, stakeholder management, risk assessment, communication planning.
- Experience in business improvement and process re-engineering, business case and financial analysis, and defining and documenting business requirements.
- Superior diplomacy, judgment and tact.
- Excellent facilitation, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent abilities using the entire MS suite of tools and Visio.
- Excellent presentation skills.
