Role description
- We are NOT the right organization for the Account Executive who wears rosy tinted glasses and has happy ears, looking to be an order taker or just waiting for opportunities to drop in their laps

- The successful VC AE has a "nose for opportunities", enjoys active prospecting at executive level, creative engagement, discovery of where our solution adds compelling value, qualifying hard and driving sales campaigns that lead your prospect through the buying process.

Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience with a track record, overachieving quota, selling software solutions to executive buyers in fortune 5000 organizations (or the regional equivalent), in enterprise buying cycles.
- You have a disciplined approach to selling and trained in a sales and qualification methodology
- You are a hard qualifier, positive thinker with a pervasive "can do" attitude.
- You are articulate and have a polished, mature and professional demeanour.
- You embody "customer centricity" in all your customer facing activities.
- You are intelligent and curious, able to do independent research to identify the right value proposition to present to the right contacts in the right accounts.
- You are motivated to make a lot of money, but most important, you want to achieve this ethically, on the back of delivering tangible value and superlative experiences to your customers.
- Direct experience selling community, social, CRM or customer feedback platforms is desirable.
