We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support and manage a busy portfolio of senior-level competitions working with key areas of the business. You'll also leverage your extensive talent acquisition experience and other facets of talent management to continuously optimize our talent acquisition efforts including your exceptional sourcing skills.

This is a hybrid role that will primarily work from home and occasionally attend our Richmond, B.C. office.
This is a temporary full-time role to November 2023.
What you'll do
As a talent acquisition partner, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for clients by:
- Applying your recruitment expertise to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, and fair recruitment process
- Partnering with the business to understand their current and future talent needs to strategically recruit the best talent
- Guiding and coaching business leaders through an efficient recruitment process that will result in the hiring of the best available talent while providing an outstanding candidate experience
- Applying your sourcing capabilities and knowledge of the talent market to develop full-cycle recruitment plans for your assigned business units
- Creating marketing strategies to build pipelines and talent pools strategically

Your experience and educational background:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, marketing, or a related discipline
- A minimum of five years of full cycle recruiting experience within a large, complex organization
- Experience recruiting in a unionized environment is definitely a strong asset
- Experience managing a large portfolio, multiple strategic searches, and client relationships
- Demonstrated track record for filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and various reporting tools.
- CPHR designation (or working towards completion) is preferred
