FCV Interactive Acquires Halifax-based Digital Agency MODE (formerly ISL)

Vancouver, BC, October 5, 2016--(T-Net)--FCV Interactive has added to its expanding North American footprint with the acquisition of ISL Internet Solutions Ltd. (formerly ISL dba MODE), a leading digital agency in Halifax.
The acquisition follows the 2015 expansion of FCV to Atlantic Canada and will see the addition of MODE's entire team, including its founding partners Malcolm Fraser and Naveed Ashfaq, to FCV's operations in Halifax.
FCV is a user-focused transformation agency headquartered in Vancouver with offices in Victoria, Toronto, and Halifax. MODE has been a leader in Nova Scotia's business community for over 20 years, and has built a reputation as an innovative digital professional services company.
