Vancouver, BC, June 7, 2017--(T-Net)--Techcrunch is reporting this morning that Vancouver-based Pressboard has closed a new $2 million financing round led by Vancouver Founder Fund, with participation from its other existing investors.
Pressboard was co-founded by co-founders Jerrid Grimm and Tiam Korki in 2014 (pictured above) and the company raised an undisclosed amount in a venture funding round in March 2015, led by HIGHLINEvc.
The company developed a 'story marketplace' to help power content marketing partnerships between brands and publishers. Brands can find the right publisher, online magazine or blog to work with, and create custom content and have thousands of people reading the stories, all through the company's marketplace.
Techcrunch is reporting that Pressboard plans to expand its marketing and partnership teams in Vancouver, Toronto and New York with the new funding, and also put more resources into its Pressbot service.
