Richmond-based CleanTech Company EarthStar Enterprises Closes $20.6 Million Financing (Unconfirmed)

Vancouver, BC, October 22, 2019--(T-Net)--Richmond-based EarthStar Enterprises announced in a brief news submission today that they have secured a $20.6 million ($15.6 million USD) financing for their 5 Division company and will begin shortly constructing the first ASPCA Cable Plant in their 70,000 Square Foot Mitchell Island Richmond location.
The company also announced they will be signing a local Management Agreement with their Vancouver Partner (name to be announced), and secondary Global Manufacturing Partner with Moura Battery of Brazil.
T-Net has not previously been aware of this company and has not independantly verified this financing, and no financing terms or investors involved have been disclosed in the company's initial announcement (a formal news release did not accompany the news submission), so readers should exercise caution until more details can be confirmed.
